Who is responsible for your data

to-fit.me is operated by Stellar, vl. Boris Žagar, Šodići 30a, 51221 Kostrena, Croatia, OIB 29149792743. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

You can reach us about anything in this document at boris@stellar-solutions.hr.

What we collect

This website has one form: the enquiry form on the contact page. It collects only what you type into it.

• Required: your name, your email address, and a short description of what you would like to improve.
• Optional: company, the tools or systems you use today, what still happens manually, and who would use the system.

Why we process it, and on what legal basis

We process the information from the enquiry form for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to it.

Because an enquiry about a possible project is a step taken at your own request before a contract is entered into, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. We do not rely on a second or alternative basis for this same processing.

Technical logs

Separately from your enquiry, the providers that host this website and deliver our email record technical data such as IP address, time of request, browser identification and email delivery events.

This is a different purpose from answering your enquiry: keeping the website and the mail path available, and protecting them against abuse of the form and other attacks. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, and the specific legitimate interest is the security and operational reliability of our own website and email.

Who receives it

Your enquiry travels a short path, and only to parties that need to handle it:

• The hosting and content delivery provider that serves this website.
• The managed email infrastructure that sends the enquiry from our sending domain to our mailbox.
• The provider of our own mailbox at stellar-solutions.hr, where we read and answer it.

Where the data is stored

This website has no database of enquiries. Nothing you submit is written to application storage. The email that reaches our mailbox is the only copy, and it lives in our mailbox like any other business correspondence.

If any of these providers processes data outside the European Economic Area, that processing has to take place under the safeguards required by Chapter V of the GDPR. Ask us and we will tell you the current arrangement for a specific provider.

How long we keep it

As a rule, we keep enquiry correspondence for up to three months after the enquiry is concluded. We keep it longer when a business relationship follows and the correspondence is relevant to it, when a legal obligation requires it, or when another valid basis applies.

This is our retention policy, not an automatic technical deletion mechanism. If you want your correspondence deleted sooner, write to us and we will do it.

What we do not do

No advertising, no marketing lists, no profiling, no automated decision-making, no analytics or tracking scripts, and no selling or sharing of your data with third parties for their own purposes.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to your personal data, and for its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, or portability. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to boris@stellar-solutions.hr and we will respond within the statutory deadline.

You also have the right to complain to the Croatian supervisory authority: Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr.

Changes to this policy

If how we handle data changes, we update this page and the date shown above. We do not apply changes retroactively to data already processed under a previous version.
